Geoff Haley is a lawyer by profession specializing in Project Finance and PPPs in the UK and overseas. He has specialist expertise in large and complex projects in transportation, energy, water
treatment, healthcare and education. Among others, Geoff Haley has been an Advisor to several government agencies including the EC, the EBRD, the Energy Charter Treaty, UNIDO, UNCTAD, the UN, the Prime Minister's Office in London, Government of Georgia, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Government of Jordan. Geoff is also the Founder and Chairman of the International Project Finance Association, the largest international independent non-profit trade association for the project finance industry.

Geoff also lectures extensively on PPPs and has had many articles published. He also conducts training courses for governments and the private sector.
