8 September 2008 According to the Investment Plan of the Ministry of Infrastructure within 2012, nearly - 632 km of motorways (out of which 473 km is planned under PPP construction)
- 1 980 km of expressways
- 54 city bypasses, total length 428 km will be built. Currently 2 PPP motorways are under tender procedure: A2 Stryków – Konotopa (81 km) bidding consortia: • Autostrada Południe S.A. consisting of: Cintra Conessiones, Budimex S.A., Ferrovial Agroman
• Autostrada Mazowsze S.A. consisting of: Autostrade S.p.A., Stalexport Autostrada Dolno¶l±ska S.A., Stalexport S.A. A1 Stryków – Pyrzowice (180 km) bidding consortia: • Autostrada Południe S.A. consisting of: Cintra Conessiones, Budimex S.A., Ferrovial Agroman
• Autostrada Centralna S.A. consisting: Strabag AG, A-Way, Hochtief PPP Solutions, Mota – Engil, SGPS S.A., Egis Projects S.A. A new PPP project in the Media Sector in CEE
9 September 2008 The proposal for a new media complex of the Slovak Statutory Television and Radio to be built in a PPP scheme will be submitted to the Government on 15 October. Initially, the plan should have been approved in September. However, according to the submitted comments there are several changes in the project, among which that the complex will be owned by the Slovak national media after the completion of the construction and not after 25 years. The Ministry of Culture is currently reviewing all comments and it will renegotiate it with the council of the Slovak National Media before submitting it to the Government. The new headquarters of the Slovak National Media is planned as a PPP project and its value is estimated at 150 mil EUR, out of which the construction value is 100 mil EUR and the technology part is 50 mil EUR.
